Tommy Peek is a leader forged in the highest-stakes environments. With 2 decades of leadership in conventional and unconventional warfare with the U.S. Army, he has spent his career uniting teams under a shared mission, ensuring precision in execution, and driving results in the most complex situations.

After multiple tours of duty, Tommy transitioned his expertise into the civilian world, earning a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Change Management and a Bachelor’s in Social Science. He further refined his leadership and business acumen at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.

Through Compass LEAD, Tommy applies his battle-tested leadership principles to organizations, businesses, and classrooms—helping them align their goals, strategies, and success metrics to move forward with purpose. His mission remains the same: to equip individuals and teams with the tools to navigate challenges, stay on course, and achieve their objectives—together.

Thomas Neubert brings over a decade of leadership experience from diverse industries including the U.S. Air Force, petrochemical, and manufacturing. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (C.O.S.S.), and certifications in Production Management and Human Resources from LSU, Thomas has honed his ability to drive performance and lead with purpose across varied environments.

Throughout his career, Thomas has championed leadership in every aspect of organizational development, cultivating high-performing teams and ensuring operational success. His approach is grounded in integrity, hard work, and a commitment to both individual and team growth.

A former collegiate athlete, Thomas excelled in both baseball and football, earning scholarship offers to play at the collegiate level. His athletic achievements were built on the same principles he brings to leadership today—dedication, discipline, and teamwork. These values have been the cornerstone of his success in the military and beyond, where he has consistently transformed challenges into opportunities for growth.
